Located at Poeldijk 11 in Rijpwetering, our five fully furnished holiday homes await you. As you drive towards us along the dike, you'll first pass by the only two twelve-sided windmills in the Netherlands, surrounded by meadows with cows and sheep. Almost all the houses are situated by the water. Some of them even have their own docking facilities, allowing you to moor your own or rented boat. You'll be staying by the Kagerplassen, surrounded by nature yet just 25 km away from Amsterdam and 7 km from Leiden!

All the comforts of home await you in your holiday home. Black-tailed Godwit

Charming 4-person house with a large terrace and private jetty directly by the water. This house offers plenty of privacy and is all on one level. The spacious living room boasts beautiful lake views from all windows.

The house comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed (box spring) and another bedroom with two single beds.

Swan

Beautiful 4-person farmhouse-style house on the edge of the Kagerplassen.

This house has two bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom with a double bed (box spring) and one bedroom with two single beds. On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious bathroom with a shower. There is a separate toilet available.

Swallow

Located directly by the water, this 2-person house is a tranquil retreat in the Randstad area. The cottage is sustainably heated using heat recovery by a heat pump. Situated in a rural setting yet close to everything, it's practically within the Kagerplassen.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed (box spring).

Goose

Sustainable 2-person house on the edge of the Kagerplassen. With heat sources, the spaces are heated in winter and slightly cooled in summer. This house overlooks the windmills and meadows.

Situated directly by the water, this tranquil haven offers an experience in the Randstad area. The 2-person cottage is sustainably heated using heat recovery by a heat pump. Despite its rural location, it's conveniently close to everything, almost within the Kagerplassen.
